A water damage situation is never convenient. Our full-service team will work tirelessly to get your home back to normal just as quickly as possible. We will assign a construction manager to your job who will oversee every aspect of your home repairs. Your construction manager will schedule and direct any subcontractors assigned to the work. They will be your quality assurance and your go to if you have any issues as we move through the process. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we will take great strides to ensure your home is repaired to the highest quality standards.
Any remodel or re-construction job will have a fair share of challenges. We seek to keep the challenging situations to a minimum with frequent and honest communication. We encourage our homeowners and clients to share any specific concerns and requests early and often to ensure your needs are met the first time. In some cases, upgraded materials can be used, but we will need to work through the cost differentials when working with insurance companies as they will typically re-imburse for like materials only. Upgrades over and above the replacement cost will be the homeowners responsibility. We are happy to work with you to ensure that you are getting the exact materials and fixtures that you desire.

During completion of the drying process, we will begin to create a scope of work for the reconstruction. We will build an estimate based on standard insurance based pricing lists. The estimate will be forwarded to the insurance adjuster and homeowner. We will work with the adjuster to ensure that we are in agreement to the scope of work that needs to be completed. Once an agreement is made, we will schedule the work.
Depending upon the extent of damage, repairs can take from 1 week up to several months. We will keep you informed as to the progress and if there are any issues along the way. Once complete, we will have you inspect our work to confirm that it is done to your satisfaction. Once you have signed off on the quality of the workmanship, we will forward the invoice to you. At that time, the insurance will likely have sent payment for both water damage mitigation and the reconstruction minus the deductible.
We will finish with a final cleaning to ensure that all construction debris and dust are cleaned and that your house is left in pre-loss condition.
