This combination of services includes: HOME HEALTH CHECKUP: Thorough investigation of the home for Moisture, Mold, Water Damage, and problem areas that can lead to water damage. Evaluation includes exterior grading, building, roof, landscaping, foundation, and out buildings. Interior eval includes all rooms, attic, crawlspace, plumbing, and areas around windows, doors, or other common problem areas. TEST AIRBORNE MOLD COUNT: 4 air samples to be taken (1 outside, 3 inside) Samples to be overnight delivered to lab who will provide analysis by trained microbiologists to determine if mold originates inside via a MOLDSCORE.

Indoor Air Sampling for Mold Contamination

AIR SAMPLE: Test airborne mold spore count and provide lab analysis by trained microbiologists to determine if mold originates inside. Includes sampling, analysis and detailed report.

Tape Llift Sampling for Mold Contamination

TAPE SAMPLE: Direct sampling of mold or microbial growth. Lab analysis of sample by a microbiologist identifies mold growth species and density.

Lead Based Paint Testing

Certified Lead Paint Firm: We will test paint on pre-1978 homes to confirm if lead based paint exists inside the home. Results are immediate and will be provided to the homeowner along with photo documentation of the testing. Note: In order to complete this test, a small area of the walls to be tested (roughly 1" x 1/2") will be damaged and touch up spackling and paint may be required.
